BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Discover the art of tea brewing with our carefully selected tea varieties. Each tea type requires specific brewing techniques to unlock its full flavor potential. From delicate white teas to robust black teas, learn the proper temperature, steeping time, and water-to-tea ratio for the perfect cup.

Tea
1

Heat fresh, filtered water to the appropriate temperature for your tea type. White and green teas: 160-180°F (71-82°C). Black and herbal teas: 200-212°F (93-100°C).

2

Measure 1 teaspoon of loose tea per 8 ounces of water, or use one tea bag per cup. Place in a clean teapot or infuser.

3

Pour hot water over the tea leaves and steep for the recommended time: White tea 2-3 minutes, Green tea 2-4 minutes, Black tea 3-5 minutes, Herbal tea 5-7 minutes.

4

Remove the tea leaves or bag promptly to prevent over-steeping and bitterness. Enjoy your perfectly brewed cup of tea.

Iced Tea
1

For iced tea, use double the amount of tea leaves since the ice will dilute the flavor. Use 2 teaspoons per 8 ounces of hot water.

2

Steep the tea in hot water for the same duration as hot tea, then remove the leaves immediately to prevent over-extraction.

3

Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or serve over ice immediately for a refreshing cold beverage.

4

Store iced tea in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add fresh lemon, honey, or mint for additional flavor variations.
