Social endeavours to send out the finest and freshest coffee possible. We ship all product within 1-4 days of roast date. To ensure you serve only fresh coffee, we suggest purchasing 2-3 weeks' volume per order.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Social currently ships orders to Canada, the US and various other countries.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We ship daily, Monday-Friday, except holidays.
Products are shipped out based on when the order is placed, below is a schedule

Orders received after 9:00 A.M EST are sometimes shipped out the same day but this is not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

- Free shipping orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited within Canada.

DELAYS
Social does its best to ensure that your order arrives on time. Once we hand over the package to shippers, it is their responsibility. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, such as:
- Delays due to orders being placed on a Canadian and USA statutory holiday.
- Delivery to a PO Box or APO/FPO address.
- Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification.
- Delays due to weather.
- Unforeseen delays by one of our carriers.
- Delays to the unavailability of product(s).
- Delays due to customs.
However, we can assist you to track your package and help ensure that you receive it.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
US Customers: All prices include customs and duties.
Canadian Customers: There is no customs or duties charge.
There are no taxes on Coffee and Tea.
Merchandise (i.e. brewers, grinders, accessories) are charged HST/GST and is based on the province the product is ship to.
